Power Telematics PT Series Lifetime Warranty Statement
PT Series Lifetime Warranty
Power Telematics, Inc. proudly provides a lifetime warranty for all PT series products, provided that an active and current monitoring plan subscription is valid for the unit(s) and has not lapsed.
As long as an active and current monitoring subscription is maintained for the unit, Power Telematics will replace any defective or inoperable monitor at no charge. This warranty includes any changes in the cellular network that prohibits the monitor from communicating.
Exclusions including flood, physical damage, rodent/insect damage and any Act of God are not covered under this warranty.
If a monitoring plan is cancelled or terminated for any reason, the warranty for the associated product(s) shall become null and void.
Power Telematics, Inc. will repair or replace any product(s) that are defective. Power Telematics, Inc. does not cover or pay for any labor, travel time, mileage or miscellaneous materials used for the replacement of the defective parts.
